I start finals today.  I only have 4 to take, and 1 per day.  So I’m not as stressed out as last semester, but still just a bit (the classes are harder).

Anyways, I wound up buying a video game yesterday.  I didn’t mean to, I just sortof did (I was going to buy it over summer, but it was on sale yesterday, so I bought it :( “Persona 3 FES” ).

I was going to study, but I decided I’d play the game for only an hour.  The hour slowly grew into several (I haven’t played video games all year, so I guess the withdrawal made it seem shorter than it really was).  The game was fun, realizing that I’m not ready for today’s test, not so much fun.

Anyways, wish me luck.  It’s Applied Statistics for today.

In Other News,

I decided to install a “related posts” plug-in.  Everyone else was doing it, so I decided to add one too.  I found a bug with the current theme, I’ll fix it after I finish homework, studying, and today’s test.

If you’re wondering about my awesome Applied stats skills, My current test average is a 98%, and my homework average is a 86%.  In order to pass the class, I need a 60% or better on the final.

They don’t suck, but they aren’t great either.
I own 1 react Dance Mat. It’s decent, but not the best. I bought a wireless one, but it lagged, so we returned it and got a wired one which worked better.
Since the dance mat is decent, I decided to buy a Guitar Hero guitar.
It was wireless, but we only had one and wanted to play 2 player.
The guitar didn’t lag, but it wasn’t great. I didn’t like the concept of a foot pedal thing…
So I hook up the guitar, the first time it syncs wrong and has the pedals as teh guitar and the guitar as the pedals.
So I reconnect everything and start testing it.
The pedal’s batter well is too deep. Whenever I used the pedal a batter would slip out and the pedals would die.
The guitar was good for reaction time, but it had to major problems.
In order to activate star power, the guitar had to be swung really hard past a 90 degree angle. And it didn’t work a majority of the time.
The whammy bar was also glitchy and it would cause the notes being held to become undone
So I don’t like it and I’m returning it.
The pedal could probably be fixed with some cushioning inside the battery well cover and the guitar just stinks.
So yeah… I’m going to do my best to stay away from React products.
