The new FMA movie came out. Not new, just new to the US on DVD.
I got it for the large sum of $8, I spend lots of money at Sun Coast and happened to get several Replay Bucks.
But other than that,
I’m glad I only paid $8 for it. It doesn’t seem like it’s worth $30.
It’s not up to par with the TV Episodes. I didn’t find it that interesting.
Mabey I’ve gotten bored since the “series ended,” but I couldn’t stay focussed on the movie.
I think it’s because around episode 40, the series started getting overly done (right words?)
And they started to get to far-fetched.
I like the end though.
And the part where Al first fights the guys in armor.
It was kindof perdictable, except for some part in the end. I’m trying not to spoil it.
If you saw it coming, okay, I sortof saw it coming, but then I was like no, if they did that then it wouldn’t be cool, it would be too sentimental.
But they did it…
I guess it was an okay movie, but it’s not one of the ones I would consider inviting my anime-hommie-g-posies (a.k.a. other anime fanatics) over to watch.
I’m probably going to get alot of people wanting to borrow it, but yeah…
It’s something I would want to borrow from a friend instead of buying.
It’s a movie that I could leave the room and not worry about what I missed.
So yeah…
If you want to watch it, rent or borrow it before buying. My brother liked the movie, so I guess it’s a movie for different types of people.
Now I need to save up some money for “Castle In the Sky” and some other classics.
My Anime collection is starting to grow, so if you are looking for someone to borrow a movie from, you know who to ask * But if you don’t return the movie, you risk getting shot, and survivors will be shot again. And my excuse will be we were quail hunting…?
Just kidding. I only allow close friends/annoying people to borrow things.
